Análisis práctico del registro central de medidas cautelares, requisitorias y sentencias no firmes (SIRAJ)

Abstract

The article practices a study of the telematic registration of judiciary administration support. Affecting in singular form in the practice of the courts and tribunals of the criminal is known as “SIRAJ”. The applicable regulation is analyzed clearing up doubts in relation with access, register and data query. It is remarked the direction and, most of all, the responsibility that the “LAJ” takes during the search. Furthermore, the article makes a study of documentary resource requests and especially notices the lack of telematic communication with security forces and the problems that this arouses in the daily practice.
